is this grup still or is it dead ?
Hi everyone ! I'm new on this forums, and I'm beginner photographer. I would know if the Canon EF 100mm 2.8L Macro IS USM ( as a lens ) will work well on my DSLR Canon 1200D EOS or not. Thanks for replying and giving interest to my comment!
Thanks for the acceptation ! hope to meet a beginner photographer like me and professional ones for sure ! to share and having new ideas about the art of photographing , thanks a lot !
I've just submitted a stereoscopic pair. Beginners, if you can take one picture you can take a pair. Try it with a subject that will stand really still for a few seconds. They are viewed by crossing one's eyes until they two photos 'overlap' and you seem to be looking at thre images, the middle one of which will be in 3-D, if you put the left eye view on the right and the right eye view to its left that is; otherwise it's a 'parallel view' pair.
Thanks for letting me join :)
Thank you for inviting me to join this group. I've been posting photos here for three years and so I feel that the correct approach would be to submit some of my more unassuming and straightforward photos, the kind anybody could have taken had they been there themselves. Anyone who can afford a PC can aford a good digital camera these days. No one should feel limited by their equipment or their inability to choose approriate F stop numbers or shutter speeds. The important thing is vision, seeing the picture(s) within the scene and simply pointing the camera in the right direction from the right distance and pressing the shutter at the right time. Today's three submissions could have been taken on a camera with slower responses than mine and fewer pixels and still looked good at full display size here on dA.
